- Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Coordinate maintenance and ensure works are completed efficiently
- Manage arrears, lease renewals and day‑to‑day portfolio management
- Conduct final bond inspections and resolve issues professionally
- Work collaboratively with the wider PM and support team
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communication
- Adapt to evolving systems and processes as the business continues to grow About You
- Current WA Property Management Registration and Driver’s Licence
- Previous real estate or Property Management experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Reliable, organised and proactive approach to work
