About the Role

As a Portfolio Manager for Retail Property at Lease Equity, you will be responsible for the strategic management of a diverse portfolio of retail properties located in the Perth CBD, Inner and Western Suburbs. In this full‑time role, you will play a key part in maximising the performance and value of the company's retail assets through effective property management and strategic planning.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee the day‑to‑day operations and financial performance of the retail property portfolio

Manage and lead a team of property professionals to ensure productive and effective property management

Negotiate and administer leases, renewals and expansions to optimise occupancy and rental returns

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the value and competitiveness of the portfolio

Maintain solid relationships with tenants, manage tenant mix and occupancy levels

Collaborate with the broader Lease Equity team on new business opportunities and acquisitions

Ensure compliance with all relevant property management legislation and regulations

What We’re Looking For

Tertiary qualification in Property, Business or a related discipline – or equivalent practical experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a portfolio management role, preferably in the retail sector

Demonstrated track record of successfully managing a diverse commercial property portfolio

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Robust analytical and financial management capabilities

Thorough understanding of property management legislation and best practices

Ability to work collaboratively within a high performing team
