Description
Job Description Fixed Term, Full Time (6 months)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries, addressing concerns and providing accurate information with a friendly and supportive demeanor.
- Manage student records meticulously, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with academic and administrative teams to streamline processes such as enrolment, orientation, and graduation, ensuring a seamless experience for students.
- Assist students with navigating university systems, procedures, and resources, offering guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of academic policies, regulations, and best practices to provide well‑informed advice and solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by analyzing feedback, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing efficient processes.
- Perform administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, adhering to established deadlines and procedures. Qualifications
- Previous experience in administration or student services, preferably within the education sector.
- Proficiency in student information systems (e.g. RTO Manager, CRM) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and an understanding of compliance, records management, and data integrity.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive student information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Knowledge of relevant education policies, regulations, and best practices.
- Problem‑solving skills to address student inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic educational environment.
- Familiarity with the Australian education system and regulatory standards (e.g. TEQSA, ASQA) is desirable. Benefits
