Liontown Limited is an independent, ASX listed company and the 100% owner and operator of the tier‑one Kathleen Valley Lithium Operation in Western Australia’s northern Goldfields, approximately 700 km north‑east of Perth. With a 20+ year mine life, state‑of‑the‑art processing facilities, and a passionate team, we are set to become one of the world’s largest and most sustainable hard rock lithium operations. The opportunity The Procurement Advisor is a newly created role based in our West Perth office, reporting to the Procurement Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who wants to progress their career in procurement and broader supply chain. What You’ll Be Doing The Procurement Advisor is responsible for delivering procurement activities that support operational continuity and value for money across Liontown’s operations. Working with a high degree of independence, the role undertakes procurement processes for goods and services in accordance with Liontown’s procurement framework, procurement management standards, and relevant legislative obligations. The position provides advice to internal stakeholders on procurement requirements, processes, and market considerations, and contributes to the continuous improvement of procurement systems, tools, and practices.
- Execute day‑to‑day procurement activities for goods and services, including sourcing through RFQs, supplier follow‑up, purchase order creation, expediting, tender support where required, and coordination of evaluation and award activities, in accordance with Liontown’s procurement framework and delegated authority levels.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with suppliers, evaluate supplier performance against agreed criteria, and identify and escalated performance risks in a timely manner.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with Liontown’s procurement policy, delegated authority matrix, and applicable legislative requirements, and identify and escalated procurement risks as required.
- Provide advice to internal stakeholders on procurement policy, processes, standards, sourcing options, and applicable requirements, and guide them through procurement activities to achieve compliant and effective outcomes.
- Maintain accurate procurement records in Liontown’s procurement and ERP systems, develop and interpret procurement data and reports, and contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes, tools, and frameworks. What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a procurement role, including sourcing, purchasing, and contract administration.
- Experience in a resources, mining, or infrastructure workplace is desirable.
- Experience working with procurement or ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Pronto, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent procurement activities and competing priorities.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, or a related field; or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and pass a pre‑employment medical including drug and alcohol screen.
