Senior Interior Designer / Project Lead – Lead beautiful, intelligent commercial interiors from concept through completion. Based in our Perth CBD studio, this hands‑on senior role covers design, documentation, consultant coordination, site delivery, budgets, client relationships and final handover. What you’ll do
- Lead commercial interior projects from concept to completion
- Develop strong design concepts with the team
- Produce and manage project documentation
- Coordinate consultants, trades and stakeholders
- Lead client communication and project meetings
- Manage budgets, cost control and profitability
- Resolve design, documentation and site issues What you’ll bring
- 6+ years’ experience in commercial interior design or fit‑out delivery
- Advanced AutoCAD skills
- Solid documentation and construction knowledge
- Sound knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards and interior construction principles
