This is a six‑month fixed‑term, full‑time position commencing Term 3, 2026 with possible extension. Warwick Senior High School (SHS) is an Independent Public School located in the northern suburbs of Perth. The school offers a mix of traditional and innovative programs, including courses leading to tertiary studies, TAFE traineeships and apprenticeships. Its specialist programs cover Department of Education Approved Netball, Australian Rules Football, school‑based Academic Excellence, Dance Elite, Music, and a number of vocational education and training certificates. The Role The Program Coordinator – Student Services – Lower School will work closely with the Student Services team, the Executive and broader administrative staff. The Coordinator will oversee and guide the lower‑school team, fostering staff cohesion and building capacity. Key responsibilities include implementing school policies related to attendance, behaviour and wellbeing; leading evidence‑based improvements; and maintaining effective relationships with parents, students and teachers. The role requires strong strategic leadership and a whole‑school focus on student engagement, wellbeing and natural justice, with a particular emphasis on student behaviour and attendance through documented plans, positive reinforcement and restorative processes.
