What we are looking for

Lead a multidisciplinary HR team to deliver high-quality, contemporary HR services

A cooperative, supportive and forward thinking leadership style

Partner with senior leaders to design and implement workforce strategies aligned to Rocky Bay’s vision and values

Champion an engaging Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and deliver best practice recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies

Provide expert advice in employee and industrial relations, workforce planning and organisational development

Build and sustain positive relationships with staff, managers, customers and external stakeholders

Model and foster a values-based culture that supports growth, inclusion and high performance
