About the Role: Juniper is seeking caring and reliable Community Support Workers to join our Home and Community Care team in Perth’s South Metropolitan region , including Cockburn and surrounding suburbs. In this role, you will support older Western Australians to remain living independently in their own homes, assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and social support. You will play an key role in helping customers maintain their independence, wellbeing, and connection to their community. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, building meaningful relationships, and making a positive difference in people’s lives. Positions Available: We currently have a permanent part time role available working the Cockburn and surround areas. The successful candidate must be available for shifts between Monday-Friday . Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care including showering, dressing and continence support
- Assist customers with activities of daily living
- Support customers with medication administration (training provided)
- Assist with domestic tasks, including meal preparation and household support
- Provide social support, including transport to appointments or shopping
- Follow and document care in accordance with individual care plans Key Requirements:
- Current Australian Driver’s License and reliable vehicle (essential)
- Previous experience providing personal care in aged care or community care
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team
- A genuine commitment to supporting older people to live independently
- Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care
- Dementia care experience
- Current First Aid Certificate What’s on Offer:
