Regional Sales Manager – Goldfields & Midwest Coates Belmont, Western Australia, Australia Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is responsible for providing leadership and expertise to a team of Account Managers, Project Managers and Internal Sales Support across the Goldfields and Midwest region, ensuring they achieve their revenue targets.
- Providing strong direction and leadership to the sales team to maximise effectiveness, capability and engagement.
- Supporting sales staff by engaging with key customers, understanding their business and needs, and developing winning solutions.
