N Position Type Non-Management About the Role At The Ritz-Carlton, Perth, we seek a Bartender who can build lasting relationships, provide exceptional service to guests, and support the Gold Standards of our brand. Duties
- Use your customer service skills to provide guests with a personalized and memorable experience.
- Prepare drink and cocktail orders for guests, ensuring responsible service of alcohol.
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks.
- Open and serve wine/champagne bottles.
- Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar and working area. Skills & Experience
- Responsible Service of Alcohol from a Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA).
- I’m Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth).
- Previous bartending experience desirable with sound cocktail knowledge.
- Passion for customer service.
