Role Overview ERM Australia invites recent graduates in environmental science, engineering, or related fields to join the 2026 Graduate intake in Brisbane. As a Graduate Entry Level consultant, you’ll contribute to sustainability projects worldwide and advance your professional development within the world's largest pure‑play environmental consultancy. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in environmental impact assessments and statutory environmental planning projects.
- Conduct field studies, collect environmental data and samples at project sites.
- Analyze data, prepare reports and support the delivery of technical solutions.
- Assist senior consultants on large, complex, long‑term projects and engage with the global technical network. Qualifications & Requirements
- Tertiary education in environmental science, environmental engineering, or a related degree.
- Recent graduate (≤2 years of experience) or career changer looking to start in consulting.
- Commitment to fieldwork programs, including travel to project sites.
- Strong commitment to safety and ability to follow health and safety protocols.
- Effective written and verbal communication, organisational and analytical skills.
- Experience with data management software or databases (beneficial).
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, maintain flexibility, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple project assignments and meet strict deadlines.
- Dependable, with integrity, respect, a positive outlook, customer focus and teamwork capability.
