- Provide high-quality administrative support for project planning and execution.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare related documentation.
- Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverable's to ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure proper documentation is filed and accessible.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
- Monitor project budgets and assist with financial administration tasks.
- Identify and resolve administrative issues to keep projects on track. The Successful Applicant
- Experience supporting audit preparation, including chemical, hazardous materials, and contractor compliance.
- Strong document management skills with the ability to maintain accurate and organised records.
- Experience tracking employee health monitoring and coordinating appointments.
- Ability to support managers with system access, inductions, and audit documentation.
- Capability to conduct basic site hazard assessments and capture supporting evidence.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. What's on Offer
