We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Administrator to support our growing business. This is a flexible part time role (approximately 10 hours per week) ideal for someone who is productive, detail-oriented, and confident working independently. About the Role
- Accounts receivable
- Invoicing and debtor follow-up
- Debt collection and payment tracking
- Expense entry and reconciliation
- Data entry into MYOB / Xero
- Customer communication (phone & email)
- Order follow-ups
- General office organisation
- Assisting with documenting procedures and improving systems About You
- Proven experience in office administration
- Strong working knowledge of MYOB and/or Xero
- Experience with accounts receivable and debtor management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
