About the Role We’re excited to offer a fantastic Part‑time Sales Assistant chance at our MichaelKors Karrinyup store. This role is perfect for someone who is driven, self‑motivated, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. A background in clienteling is highly regarded. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in bringing the MichaelKors brand to life by:
- Creating meaningful connections with customers and maximising sales opportunities
- Delivering exceptional, personalised customer service while styling and promoting key collections
- Building and maintaining long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling
- Supporting visual merchandising standards to ensure the store always looks its best
- Assisting with stock replenishment and maintaining a well‑organised sales floor This is a permanent part‑time position, working four days per week (Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday) for a total of 30 hours, based at our MichaelKors Karrinyup store. About You
- Retail experience (premium or luxury experience preferred, but not essential)
- Robust sales ability and a genuine love of client engagement
- Experience using POS systems
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
