Contract Administrator Our client is a highly regarded commercial builder with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects across Western Australia is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join its growing team. Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of commercial construction projects, ensuring contracts, procurement, cost management and project administration are managed efficiently from commencement through to completion. You will be involved in:
- End‑to‑end contract administration across commercial construction projects
- Procurement and subcontractor engagement
- Preparation and assessment of subcontract packages
- Managing project costs, forecasting and reporting
- Processing progress claims, variations and contract correspondence
- Cash flow forecasting and financial reporting
- Supplier and subcontractor management
- Client liaison and stakeholder engagement
- Project documentation and compliance management
- Assisting with project delivery to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Supporting project quality, safety and commercial outcomes throughout the project lifecycle. About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Excellent commercial acumen and cost management skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management capability
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet project deadlines
- Proficiency with construction management systems and Microsoft Office
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related discipline highly regarded. What's on Offer?
