Due to an internal promotion a Site Administrator is required at our Paulsens Gold Operation. About the Chance Reporting to the General Manager, the Site Administrator provides essential administrative support to site operations, with a strong focus on mobilisation, coordination, and maintaining productive systems and processes. Integral to the smooth day-to-day running of site, key responsibilities include: Coordinate site entry and mobilisation processes using INX Manage travel, accommodation, and leave administration Assist with FIFO roster coordination Maintain accurate site documentation within the document management system Raise purchase requisitions and process invoices in Pronto Build strong working relationships with site teams and stakeholders About You You are a proactive, organised administrator who thrives in a quick-paced environment and takes ownership of your work. You’re confident working both independently and as part of a team. Ideally you'll bring: Previous mine site administration experience within mining or resources Experience with INX and Pronto systems (highly desirable) Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite Experience supporting FIFO rosters and mobilisation processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive, flexible, “can-do” attitude with strong prioritisation skills High level of integrity, with a strong understanding of confidentiality and business ethics Why Join Black Cat?
