Senior Contract Administrator Western Australia

The Company:

A well-established WA commercial builder is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator or experienced Intermediate CA to join their growing team and play a key role across a strong pipeline of apartment, mixed‐use and aged care developments.

This is an opportunity to join a close‐knit, low‐hierarchy business with genuine long‐term stability, direct access to leadership and the chance to work on boutique commercial projects that are well funded and already secured.

You'll work closely with the Construction Director, Project Managers and site teams across multiple projects, taking ownership of procurement, subcontract management, cost control and project financials from start to finish.

The business has built a solid reputation within the apartment and mixed‐use sector and continues to secure repeat work from established developers.

The Role:

You will be involved across a range of live and upcoming projects including:

Multi‐storey apartment developments

Mixed‐use commercial projects

Aged care developments

Residential and housing support projects

Current and upcoming work includes:

A major multi‐storey apartment development commencing later this year

Closing out an existing apartment project currently under construction

Additional aged care and residential developments already secured

About You:

Previous experience as a CA within commercial construction

Experience delivering apartment, mixed‐use, commercial or residential projects

Able to manage subcontractor packages independently

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Intermediate candidates looking to step up are encouraged to apply

Experience with CHEOPS highly regarded but not essential
