- Deliver end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and UX designers to refine requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide technical guidance and context to offshore teams, ensuring alignment and delivery quality
- Contribute to architecture decisions and platform evolution
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies
- Ensure observability, reliability, and performance of deployed applications
- Minimum 3+ years of full stack development experience
- Proven experience leading or contributing significantly to mobile and/or cloud integration projects
- Strong background delivering solutions across C#, .NET, React, Node.js, and/or mobile platforms
- Experience working in enterprise environments with complex integration and production support needs.
- Experience with SQL and CosmosDB, and Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management.
- Performance optimisation across UI and API layers
- Advanced accessibility practices
- Deep observability experience (distributed tracing, metrics dashboards)
