Komatsu invites you to lead the transformation of training using cutting‑edge technology at our state‑of‑the‑art training facility. We are on the lookout for a qualified HD Fitter with extensive experience diagnosing Komatsu earthmoving equipment and a genuine passion for mentoring fellow technicians. As a Mobile Plant Specialist Trainer, your primary responsibility will be the development and maintenance of training materials and resources, ensuring the delivery of top‑tier technical training. You’ll play a crucial role in imparting knowledge to trades personnel and customers while maintaining training aids and visual materials to create a safe, positive and open learning environment. Role Location: Welshpool, WA Remuneration: $124,500 – $137,500 Super Bonus Komatsu Benefits

- Hold a Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology
- Extensive hands‑on experience maintaining Komatsu heavy earthmoving equipment
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
- Previous experience conducting training within a classroom environment (desirable)
- Ability to build strong internal and customer relationships
- Excellent attention to detail
