OneStep Group is a growing Australian ICT services provider delivering capability across Cyber Security, Solutions & AI, Infrastructure, and People . As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to drive product and licensing revenue across the Australian market.

This role is critical to building a predictable, high-margin annuity revenue base, while supporting our broader sales team to focus on strategic, services-led opportunities.

About the Role

Reporting to the EGM, the ISR is responsible for driving revenue growth, retention, and margin performance across our product and licensing portfolio.

Key focus areas include:

Managing the full renewals lifecycle to ensure retention and revenue uplift

Driving new product and licensing sales

Building and maintaining a high-volume, high-velocity sales pipeline

Supporting accurate forecasting and CRM discipline

Aligning with key vendors (e.g. Microsoft, Cisco) to optimise pricing, rebates and incentives

Executing deals efficiently from quote through to close

You will work closely with Account Managers and Technical Sales Specialists to ensure opportunities are identified, optimised, and executed effectively .

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage renewals to maximise retention and growth

Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Maintain strong pipeline coverage and forecasting accuracy

Drive commercial outcomes through pricing discipline and deal structuring

Ensure effective and accurate sales execution

Contribute to broader account growth strategies

About You

You will bring:

3–7+ years’ experience in ICT inside sales, sales support, or account management

Solid experience managing renewals and transactional sales pipelines

Solid commercial acumen, including margin and pricing awareness

Understanding of licensing models (e.g. Microsoft CSP, M365, Azure)

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience working with customers across government, resources, or mid-market enterprise environments will be highly regarded.
