We have an chance for an experienced Customer Support Officer to join our upbeat call centre providing outbound calls to NDIS participants.

Responsibilities Outbound calls: Contact participants to provide an efficient, welcoming first point of contact for key services from APM, government departments, and other community services providers. Coordinate: Organise plan review meetings, initial meetings and unscheduled reviews between participants and their allocated LAC office. Inbound calls: Assist participants with their enquiries that relate to their meetings. Administration: Perform general administration tasks, i.e. creating and sending client correspondence.

Qualifications Experience working in a fast‑paced call centre environment. Computer literacy. Fast learner who wants to succeed and learn some more. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Friendly approach with a voice that shines through the phone line. Empathetic yet able to stick to the script. A willingness to learn and embrace the core values of APM.
