Administration Assistant Full Time Opportunity | Booragoon/Cockburn Location Join one of Western Australia's leading disability service providers and play an key role supporting teams that deliver meaningful outcomes for people of all abilities. We are currently seeking an organised, proactive, and solutions‐focused Administration Assistant to join our Community team in a full‐time capacity. Please note: the role is currently based in Cockburn and will transition to Booragoon once the office relocation is confirmed – expected around July. About the Role This is a varied and fast‐paced role focused on operational and team support across the Community division. Working closely with leaders, frontline teams, customers, and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure day‐to‐day operations run efficiently through strong coordination, communication, systems management, and administrative support. This role goes beyond traditional administration and would suit someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where no two days look the same. Key Responsibilities Supporting operational teams with day‐to‐day coordination and administration Maintaining accurate customer and operational data across multiple systems Assisting with reporting, documentation, and process management Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to support service delivery Monitoring customer management systems and identifying opportunities for improved efficiency Providing high‐quality customer service and professional communication Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and streamlining administrative processes Ensuring compliance with organisational processes, policies, and data management requirements What You'll Bring To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Previous experience in a busy and varied administration or operational support role Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem‐solving skills and initiative Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience working with databases or customer management systems A professional, collaborative, and customer‐focused approach Highly Regarded The following experience will be highly regarded, but is not essential: Experience within disability, healthcare, aged care, or community services Understanding of the NDIS environment Experience supporting operational or service delivery teams Exposure to Lumary, Skedulo, or similar systems Experience with reporting, finance administration, or process improvement What We Offer At Rocky Bay, we value our employees and offer a range of benefits including: Competitive employee benefits including discounts with JB Hi‐Fi, Ultra Tune servicing and Flight Centre Refer a friend bonus – receive $2,000!
