Job Description Provide high-quality administrative support for project planning and execution. Coordinate and schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare related documentation. Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverable's to ensure adherence to deadlines. Maintain accurate project records and ensure proper documentation is filed and accessible. Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as required. Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress. Monitor project budgets and assist with financial administration tasks. Identify and resolve administrative issues to keep projects on track. The Successful Applicant Experience supporting audit preparation, including chemical, hazardous materials, and contractor compliance. Strong document management skills with the ability to maintain accurate and organised records. Experience tracking employee health monitoring and coordinating appointments. Ability to support managers with system access, inductions, and audit documentation. Capability to conduct basic site hazard assessments and capture supporting evidence. Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. What's on Offer Competitive hourly rate of AUD $40
