Responsibilities

Design and deliver high‐quality educational programs for your room while maintaining the school's standards of excellence.

Lead, inspire, and guide educators within your team to reach their full potential.

Champion children's wellbeing and foster a secure, secure environment where they can thrive.

Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and the wider community.

Collaborate with the Centre Manager to create a vibrant, welcoming, and fun environment for our children and families.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) recognized by ACECQA.

Experience in a long day‐care setting is desirable.

Robust competency to provide and maintain a robust educational program.

Strong communication skills for establishing and nurturing positive relationships with staff, children, and families.

Current First Aid certificate, WWCC, and Police Clearance (or the ability to obtain them on onboarding).
