Key Responsibilities Develop and implement commercial strategies to successfully penetrate current markets and expand existing ones. Develop a strong understanding of customer supply chains, operational requirements and market dynamics to identify value‐added commercial solutions across existing and new business lines. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to determine competitive landscape and emerging trends with an aim to identify and pursue recent business opportunities, including storage, logistics and infrastructure‐related opportunities within the western Australian market. Work together across existing and new business lines to ensure business development activities support company goals. Prepare commercial proposals, investment cases, reports, and presentations for senior management. Monitor and analyse performance metrics to ensure ambitious targets are met. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals. Strictly adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
