Overview Join to apply for the Site Administrator role at Mineral Resources Limited. MinRes is seeking motivated Site Administrators to support the Haulage operations at Hope Downs 2. Based on an 8D 6RR roster FIFO from Perth. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We want someone who has a "can-do attitude" and is eager to contribute to our busy team. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to site management and staff, including roster management, leave management, travel coordination, scheduling meetings and issuing correspondence. Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, including operations, HR, payroll, safety, training, mobilisations and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency. Work closely with our people logistics team, booking travel and logistics, managing rosters and any changes that come up on a day-to-day basis. Liaise with subcontractors to arrange travel and accommodation requirements. Raise requisitions, receipting purchase orders as directed by the Site Manager and following up on invoices. Support employees with timesheet entry queries and ensure cost codes are allocated in the relevant systems. Act as a liaison between the site and corporate offices, handling inquiries and ensuring timely communication of relevant information. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in a similar site-based administration or customer-facing role. Excellent organisational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, proactive, with a robust ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.
