Bar Manager (Western Australia)

Overview We're seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and create an inviting atmosphere for our guests at the RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort. Expressions of interest are currently accepted; active recruitment will commence in March **** with an expected start date of May ****. Responsibilities Oversee daily bar operations, manage and train a team of attendants, and collaborate with resort leadership to deliver an industry‐leading outlet. Lead and manage the bar team, ensuring exceptional service standards. Prepare and serve beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and coffee. Develop and maintain supplier relationships and manage stock control. Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, WHS, and harm minimisation requirements. Manage rostering, budgets, wage costs, and reporting. Drive positive guest experiences by reviewing feedback and implementing improvements. Recruit, train, and coach staff to build a high‐performing team. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality, ideally in bar management or supervisory roles. Strong leadership skills with a track record in coaching and developing teams. Sound knowledge of liquor licensing, compliance, and safe work practices. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic resort environment and deliver memorable guest experiences.
