As the Senior Naval Architect for Austal Defence Australia (ADA), you'll be responsible for providing and supporting the design of a vessel from concept through the delivery, on time and on budget. What's Involved Produce accurate information and documentation, which meets all procedural and auditable requirements Ensure work deadlines are met and construction deliverables are not compromised or missed Effectively and efficiently communicate through drawings, verbal and written means to all necessary parties Consistently exhibits a proactive attitude towards innovation and improvement and actively seeks alternate methods of performing tasks You'll Need Bachelor of Engineering â Naval Architecture Advanced AutoCAD skills A solid understanding of Production methods and practical application of design Knowledge of regulatory body Rules and Regulation requirements 5+ years experience in a similar position Eligibility for a Defence Security Clearance Why Join Us?
