We're seeking a Customer Service Officer to support our Intermodal Customer Service Centre , working closely with customers and operational teams across a national network. What You'll Do Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader , you will: Manage freight bookings and customer enquiries. Coordinate with operations to ensure safe and efficient service delivery. Work shift work Maintain accurate system records and documentation. Resolve issues quickly while delivering great customer outcomes. Work collaboratively with internal teams to support service performance. What You'll Bring Customer service experience with strong communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment. Able to work varying shifts. Attention to detail and problem‐solving capability. Experience with Microsoft Office and operational systems. Flexibility to work a 24/7 roster , including weekends. Logistics or rail experience (desirable). Why Join Us?
