Business Development Director As a Business Development Director, you will take ownership of sales orders for new and existing customers, build trusted relationships, and provide innovative insights that shape new and existing sales opportunities. Responsibilities
- Within a geographic area responsible for selling products, services, parts, solutions, or projects.
- Handling products and systems that require thorough technical knowledge and understanding of the environments where they will be used; conducting sales processes that involve technical analysis and adaptations to client conditions.
- Managing complex sales processes that involve many stakeholders, both on the client side and internally, integrating technical, economic, logistical, and financial aspects into proposals.
- Handling important clients for a product line.
- Participating in medium‑large sales initiatives.
- Managing large or challenging markets, including multi‑country operations. Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Development.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Experience leading programs or projects.
- Proficiency in planning, marketing, and executing programs with established project‑management skills. Flexible Working Patterns
