We are currently partnering with a well-established national insurance reinstatement builder seeking a WHS Administrator to join their growing team in Perth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in WHS administration, compliance, or HR support who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction or building environment.
About the Role: Reporting to the WHS/HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting workplace health and safety and HR functions across the business. You’ll assist with maintaining compliance systems, preparing safety documentation, coordinating audits and inspections, and supporting broader HR administration duties.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and maintaining SWMS documentation
• Administering WHS management systems including DoneSafe
• Conducting site inspections and supporting compliance activities
• Assisting with audits and maintaining legal and risk registers
• Managing first aid, fire, and chemical registers
• Providing general HR administrative support
• Ensuring compliance with legislative and insurer requirements
Essential requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar WHS, HR support, or compliance role
• Experience conducting WHS inspections and compliance activities
• Experience using systems such as DoneSafe or Myosh
• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (BSB41419)
• Current driver’s licence
• Experience within construction, insurance building, restoration, or related industries highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
• Confident communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
What’s on offer:
• Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + super (depending on experience)
• Permanent full time opportunity
