Heavy Equipment Fleet | Maintenance Leadership We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to take ownership of fleet maintenance for our Perth branch. This role plays a key part in supporting branch performance and maintaining operational standards across the fleet. What You’ll Do
- Lead maintenance coordination across heavy plant and equipment
- Plan and prioritise servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance
- Monitor fleet condition and minimise equipment downtime
- Maintain parts coordination, maintenance records and compliance
- Provide technical guidance to mechanics and customers About You
- Strong background in heavy diesel and mobile plant
- Knowledge of earthmoving, compaction or access equipment
- Experience supervising mechanics or leading workshop
- Confident diagnosing faults and guiding technicians
