About the Role We’re seeking a passionate and proactive Speech Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team, supporting NDIS participants across Perth. You’ll have the autonomy to structure your week, flexibility for work-from-home admin, and the support of experienced clinicians who genuinely value collaboration and growth.

- Deliver assessments and therapy for children and/or adults across homes, schools, clinics, and community settings
- Collaborate with in-house OTs, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Psychologists
- Document and manage cases efficiently using streamlined practice software
- Educate and empower clients, families, and caregivers to support carryover beyond sessions
- Contribute to a supportive learning environment — share insights or learn from senior clinicians What You’ll Bring
- Speech Pathology registration with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia (or eligibility prior to start)
- WA driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for community travel
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
