Business Development Manager Western Australia – Health, Wellness & Beauty McPherson’s is seeking a driven Territory Manager/Sales Representative to step into a Business Development Manager role to grow health, wellness, and beauty brands across South of River in Perth (metro & regional WA). What you’ll do
- Own and grow a portfolio of high‑potential retail partners
- Drive sales through range expansion, promotions, and stronger distribution
- Execute the “Perfect Store” model – from planograms to displays and POS activation
- Build strong relationships with pharmacists, retail managers, and staff
- Capture and share competitor insights and on-the-ground opportunities
- Report on store-level execution using Salesforce to keep us ahead of the game What’s in it for you

- 3+ years’ experience in sales or business development (retail, pharmacy, or FMCG helpful & experience is preferred)
- Track record of meeting or tracking sales targets
- Strong relationship-builder with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
