About the Role Due to continued growth and increasing workload, we are currently seeking experienced Boilermaker Fabricators to join our expanding Welshpool workshop team. This workshop‑based role will see you working across a variety of fabrication and repair tasks involving CAT mobile mining equipment, including the fabrication of stands, tooling, jigs, and component repair work. You’ll be joining a hands‑on team environment where workmanship, initiative, and quality are valued every day. What We Offer

- Trade qualification in Boilermaking or Fabrication
- Strong welding and fabrication experience
- Experience working on mining or heavy equipment
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- A strong commitment to safety and workshop standards
- Ability to work independently and within a team environmentPositive attitude with a willingness to contribute to the growth of the branch
