Cook Supports the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver a contemporary Australian style menu.
- Assist with ordering of supplies and develop prep list in readiness for service
- Prepare fresh ingredients in readiness for service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations such as stock rotation and clean working areas
- Prepare and cook food according to menu
- Contribute to menu design from time to time with the Head Chef
- Assist and support junior and kitchen staff Qualifications: At least one (1) year of relevant employment experience is required. A formal Cookery qualification is preferred; however, additional work experience may be considered in lieu of a formal qualification. Salary: $70,000
- $80,000 annually, to be discussed with the successful applicant based on skill set and experience. Bar Attendant (Supervisor) Leads the bar team and delivers outstanding service to patrons.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the bar, including rostering and training junior staff
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to a high standard
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory control
- Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and liquor licensing laws
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards behind the bar
- Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions and reconcile takings at end of service Qualifications: At least two years of relevant work experience is required. Salary: $70,000
- $80,000 annually, to be discussed with the successful applicant based on skill set and experience. Waiter (Supervisor) Oversees the front‑of‑house team to ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest.
- Supervise waiting staff during service and allocate sections and tasks
- Train and mentor new and junior team members on service standards
- Greet and seat guests, take orders, and provide menu recommendations
- Liaise with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Assist with rostering, opening and closing duties, and end‑of‑shift reporting Qualifications: At least two years of relevant work experience is required. Salary: $70,000
