Our client is a respected Western Australian company with more than 50 years of success, known for quality products, reliable service and strong industry relationships across residential and commercial building projects. The Role This relationship‑focused role involves managing and growing a portfolio of trade customers while identifying new opportunities for branches within the local market of Bunbury, Busselton, Dunsborough and Margaret River. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll ensure customers receive exceptional service while helping expand the business through strong industry relationships and strategic account management. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an established portfolio of trade and building accounts
- Build strong relationships with builders, contractors and project managers
- Identify opportunities to expand product supply across existing customers
- Partner with internal Branch Managers to ensure seamless service and order delivery
- Monitor market activity and identify new growth opportunities
- Represent the business through client meetings, site visits and industry events About You
- Account management or B2B sales experience within building and construction supplies
- Deep knowledge of the construction industry
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
- Commercially minded with a focus on customer retention and growth
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple accounts
- Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within WA What's on Offer
