About the role: This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail‑oriented administration assistant to play a key role supporting our Self‑Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) team. You’ll gain exposure to business processes while building strong administrative and client service skills in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the SMSF Services team, including preparing and compiling SMSF financial reports and associated documentation, and reviewing completed documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Providing a skilled first point of contact by answering incoming calls and directing client enquiries appropriately.
- Supporting client onboarding activities.
- Assisting with billings and debtors management.
- Sorting, recording and delivering incoming mail on a daily basis; ensuring outgoing mail is recorded and mailed on a daily basis.
- Performing general administration duties, including scanning and filing documents. Qualifications
- Education: Completion of Year12 (essential); Certificate in Business Administration (desirable).
- Experience: 12‑18 months in a professional services environment (essential).
