- Partner with PMs/Designers to deeply understand customer pains
- Prototype and experiment to de‑risk ideas early
- Help shape what we build, not just how 2. Build & own
- Develop across our core platform: C# + Azure/GCP
- Own work from idea → scope → delivery → iteration
- Jump into API integrations, performance issues, technical investigations 3. Improve & learn
- Contribute to our Product Engineering culture
