Flying in and out of Perth, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing catering equipment across our sites, ensuring our teams have access to reliable food service facilities. - Perform preventative maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment including ovens, refrigeration units, dishwashers, and food preparation machinery
- Diagnose and repair equipment faults to minimize downtime
- Conduct regular inspections and safety checks
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers for parts procurement and warranty claims
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and urgent repair requests What We're Looking For
