- Holds a current WA Property Management Registration
- Has a reliable vehicle suitable for work use (the role is WFH (apart from Wednesday))
- Has a minimum of two years’ experience in Property Management About the Team Structure
- Dedicated Leasing Consultant
- Trust Accountant
- Experienced Virtual Assistant support (10+ years with the company) assisting with administration
- Streamlined systems and administrative support Technology Stack
- Property Tree
- Inspection Express
- 360 cameras and 4K inspection technology
- Microsoft Office 365 and OneDrive synced systems
