Designer (Western Australia)

What you'll be doing in the role:
- Lead client-facing sketch and planning design phases and meetings
- Collaborate with our offshore team to develop council-ready documentation.
- Work across a diverse project portfolio – from luxury two-storey homes and coastal builds to boutique renovations and small commercial projects.
- Engage in energy-efficient and sustainable design practices, including Passive House principles – full training provided.
- Contribute to a team delivering over 200 architectural drawings per year, with exposure to a variety of energy-efficient projects. Your experience:
- Strong residential and/or commercial design experience with a creative edge
- Proficient in ArchiCAD and 4D Library
- Confident in client meetings and concept presentation
- Comfortable with basic drafting and coordination with offshore teams
