Our success is driven by the strength of our team. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Training Advisor to join our site-based team across long term open pit projects in WA’s Mid West. With multiple active and upcoming projects alongside ASX-listed mining companies, we are gearing up for significant growth and are looking to strengthen our team ahead of a record year. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver site-based training and VOC assessments, with a strong focus on mobile plant operators (fleet includes PC/ Excavators, Komatsu & 785 Trucks, CAT Dozers, Graders and Loaders)
- Facilitate updates and continuous improvement of SOPs in collaboration with site teams
- Support incident investigations and reporting processes
- Maintain accurate training and safety records using PeopleTray and MS Teams Key Criteria and Qualifications
- Cert IV Training Qualifications
- National Police Clearance for gold site access
- Current WA Drivers Licence
- Previous open pit training experience
- Cert IV WHS an advantage This role is FIFO from Perth to site, on an even time 8&6 rostered basis.
