HSE Advisor - FIFO 2/1 (Western Australia)

An chance is available for an experienced HSE Advisor to join large-scale resource construction projects across Western Australia. This role is site-based and suited to someone with 3–5 years’ experience in the mining or resource sector who is confident working within structured, high-compliance environments. You’ll play a key role in supporting site teams, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring critical risk controls are embedded in daily operations. Key Responsibilities
- Support project teams in maintaining strong HSEQ standards on site
- Assist with implementation of safety systems and critical risk controls
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and frontline engagements
- Participate in risk assessments, SWMS reviews, and safety planning
- Assist with incident investigations and follow-up actions
- Contribute to emergency response planning and readiness
- Support training initiatives and promote positive safety behaviours What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years’ experience in HSE within the resource sector
- Rio or FMG induction highly regarded
- Strong understanding of WA mining safety legislation
- Practical, solutions-focused approach
- Confident communicator able to engage crews and supervisors
- Earn $140,000 + $150,000 | 30% site uplift
- 2/1 FIFO roster
- Exposure to major WA mining construction projects
