Description
Your Current Role The Technology Engineering grad program has been designed for you to get straight into a defined role and team for an extended period, but still not lose the perks of a grad program, including the connection to a larger cohort and direct access to our leadership team. You'll spend 12 months in a team with Engineering industry experts, building a well-rounded understanding of how that technology function works. You'll be surrounded by leaders who are invested in your development and focused on providing tailored experiences to match your determination and drive to explore their area of expertise. What the Technology (Engineering) Grad Program will offer you?
- Be involved in reimaging our digital platforms to deliver the best customer experience in the market and deliver cutting edge technology into the hands of millions of our customers.
- You could work on Westpac Web and Mobile native app development, API integration or automation platform.
- Be apart of our engineering team, who innovate and experiment with a wide range of technologies – designing, architecting, developing and supporting solutions for both internal and external customers. What you’ll need to succeed Choose our Specialist Engineering Program if you’re clear on your future role in Engineering. You will need a STEM degree and background. Then, we will provide you with a technical, capability-focused program to build specific skills through hands-on experience in a specific function of tech at Westpac. You will also need:
- To be in your final year of study of a university degree, or
- You can have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, but it must be no more than three years ago.
- You also need to be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident when you apply. Pre-registernow and we will let you know once this opportunity opens! #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjobau.com/job/3rserx
