Job Overview Jackson McDonald, one of Western Australia’s largest independent law firms, is seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with practice groups and support staff to deliver advisory services and manage the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities
- Partner with practice groups and business support services to provide actionable HR advice to Partners and Managers.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience for all employees. Requirements
- Experience working as an HR practitioner at an advisory level.
- Tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in customer‑focused HR service delivery across the entire employee life cycle.
- Strong problem‑solving skills in a complex setting.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to build sustainable relationships at all levels of an organisation.
- Sound understanding of employment legislation and best practice.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with empathy and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Experience working in a high‑volume setting, balancing competing priorities.
- Enthusiastic and willing to take ownership and accountability for HR projects. Benefits
