At Johnson & Johnson, we believe health is everything. We are looking for an experienced Product Specialist to join our Joint Reconstruction Team in Western Australia, focusing on the sale and support of Hip & Knee joint replacement solutions, including VELYS™ robotic and digital technology ecosystem. Location: Osborne Park, Western Australia, Australia. Responsibilities
- Develop effective relationships and consult with Orthopaedic Surgeons, promoting and driving the sale of our products, and achieving revenue targets across the portfolio.
- Identify customer needs to deliver tailored solutions, generate leads and capitalize on market opportunities, and present product information to optimally support customers.
- Provide clinical support during surgical cases, deliver education and in‑service training to Surgeons, Registrars, and Theatre staff, and support current product launches.
- Maintain market and competitor analysis, provide regular feedback, and collaborate effectively within a team environment to deliver premier service and support to both customers and patients. Qualifications Degree qualification in Health, Engineering, Science, Business or an equivalent field with a minimum of 2 years of medical sales and territory management experience, preferably within Orthopaedics.
- Commercially astute professional with a track record of cultivating enduring strategic partnerships and leveraging deep local market insights to drive impactful business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, convey complex technical information, negotiate, and influence decision makers.
- Highly organized, strong team orientation, capable of thinking strategically and constructively challenging customers. Requirements All applicants must have rights to work in Australia, a reliable car, and a valid Driver Licence. The position requires frequent travel within the Perth Metro. Benefits
