Right at Home Perth Northern Suburbs & Perth West Coast deliver in-home and community-based care, helping older Australians live safely and independently at home. Our care model is trusted, flexible, and person-centred and we are searching the Right people to embrace our care model. We currently have full-time, part-time and/or casual opportunities available, with flexibility for school hours to support work-life balance for the right candidate. You’ll assess, plan, and deliver physiotherapy services in clients’ homes, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to help each person achieve their goals and maintain independence. Please note: Applicants must have current working rights for Australia and be residing in Western Australia to be considered for this role. - It is essential that you are able to work within WA Qualifications Degree-qualified Physiotherapist . Current AHPRA registration . First Aid and CPR certification. National Police Check (or willingness to obtain). Professional Indemnity Insurance . Experience assessing and planning care within the community. Current Driver’s Licence and reliable, presentable vehicle. COVID vaccinations in line with current health requirements. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Experience mentoring or supporting others in a care environment. Preferred Skills A passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care in the community. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong assessment, problem-solving, and clinical reasoning abilities. Organised, reliable, and able to manage your time effectively.
