FTC Store Manager (Western Australia)

About the Role We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Carousel store. This is a fixed term, full‑time position at 38 hours per week, ending in June 2027. Responsibilities
- Lead by example to build an inclusive, high‑performing team while driving budgets, KPIs and great customer experiences.
- Create a strong customer‑first environment where every interaction reflects the brand and a consistently high level of service.
- Coach and develop your team through regular on‑the‑spot feedback, support and ongoing capability building.
- Execute visual merchandising in‑store, balancing brand guidelines, customer needs and store presentation with commercial judgement.
- Take ownership of stock processes and daily operations, keeping priorities clear to support smooth day‑to‑day running. Benefits & Perks
