Property Manager (Bunbury) (Western Australia)

Location: Bunbury Job Type: Full time (Permanent) About the role We are looking for a Property Manager to join our growing team on a Permanent Full‑Time basis. Property Managers look after a portfolio of properties and generate portfolio growth through client relationships and cultivating new opportunities. Your understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation and industry experience within the local area will assist you in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs. - Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current and future needs.
- Identify and cultivate new opportunities for recent and existing clients’ investments.
- Carry out routine property inspections.
- Manage debtors.
- Prepare necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants.
- Work with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new creative opportunities.
- Maximise promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events. About you
- Understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation.
- Current driver's licence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management.
- Smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology.
